SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships from our warehouse. We know that feels like forever in internet time—but we pack with care so your goodies arrive just right.
No changes can be made once your order is placed—this includes shipping addresses, item edits, or cancellations. Please double-check everything before you hit “submit.”
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If your tracking hasn’t updated after several business days, feel free to reach out to us at hello@shopadioco.com for support.
Please note: Carrier delays may occur and are beyond our control—but we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way home.
DELIVERY ISSUES
MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT YOU DON’T SEE IT?
We totally get it—it’s frustrating when your tracking says delivered but the package is nowhere to be found. Sometimes carriers scan packages early while they’re still in transit.
In most cases, your package will arrive within 6 days of that “delivered” scan. If you haven’t received it after that:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Adio Co. is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
We do not reprocess or reship orders in these cases. However, once your claim is processed and approved by the carrier, you’re welcome to place a new order with your refunded amount.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY
From November 21 to December 31, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order ships. The holidays are cozy—but hectic! Thanks for bearing with us during our busiest season.
