RETURN POLICY

Returning Eligible Items for Store Credit Only

But first, please take a moment to review our full policy below.


If you’re not completely in love with your order, eligible unworn items (with tags attached) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges are offered at this time.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify.
Any return shipped after this window will not be accepted.


We do NOT offer:

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

Store credit only. That credit never expires and can be used anytime you're ready to shop again!


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please repackage your return using the original Adio Co. plastic mailer (if available).


Final Sale Items

The following items are ineligible for return and are considered final sale:

  • Any product marked “Final Sale” on its product page

  • Sale or Flash Sale items

  • Gift cards


Unauthorized Returns

Returns that are not submitted and approved through our return portal will be rejected and will not be returned to the sender.
Ineligible items received will incur a 30% restocking fee if accepted.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive your store credit via email once it’s been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.


ORDER ISSUES

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong—first of all, our bad! Let’s make it right.

Please contact customer service at hello@shopadioco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can take care of you quickly.

🕒 Deadlines:

  • Damaged: Report within 7 days of marked delivery

  • Defective: Report within 7 days of marked delivery

  • Wrong or Missing Items: Report within 7 days of marked delivery

If the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect and a replacement is available, we’ll send it out. If not, you’ll be refunded in full.


RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address entered at checkout, it will not be re-shipped.
These orders will be processed as a return for store credit minus the original shipping fee.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

No price adjustments will be offered on past purchases.


CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, it’s locked in—no edits to items, addresses, payment info, or order contents can be made.
If you need to cancel, reach out to customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in fulfillment or have shipped.
