Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are processed within 1-10 business days (Monday–Friday). During busier seasons or high-volume times, it may take a bit longer—but I promise, I’m working hard to get your cozy goodies to your doorstep! 

Q: Why is my order taking longer than expected?
A: I’m a small business (with big love), and sometimes life be life-ing—supply delays, shipping carrier hiccups, or a higher volume of orders can cause unexpected hold-ups. I appreciate your patience more than you know. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received a shipping notification, feel free to reach out: hello@shopadioco.com

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Not at the moment—but we are working toward it! If you need something by a specific date, please email us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: How will I know when my order ships?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Make sure to check your spam folder too—sometimes emails like to play hide-and-seek.

Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t get it. Help!
A: I totally get how frustrating that is! First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it doesn’t show up in 2 business days, email me and we’ll get to the bottom of it together.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not right now—U.S. shipping only for the time being. But if you’re international and cozy-curious, send me a message so I can keep that in mind for future drops.
